Winter Dreams

Maybe early spring is on its way, 
but I'm not ready to let go of winter.
Bury me in snow.
Give me a chill in my bones
so I can bask in the warmth of home.
The softness of flannel
can soothe the biting of the wind.
I'll burrow in fleece blankets
and dream warm, white, winter dreams.
